We are a global team of engineers and researchers united by a belief: software should be able to improve itself. Our open‑source project AIDE showed that evaluation‑driven code optimization works. Now we’re pouring that insight into the commercial Weco Platform - the production‑ready engine that will help every Machine Learning Engineer improve code the way scientists improve theories.

Backend / Infrastructure Engineer
Own the pipes that keep the platform humming - FastAPI, Supabase, GPUs, CI/CD, observability, and security. If you can make systems dance at low latency, we want to talk.
Research Intern
Design new operator sets, invent smarter search policies, and push the frontier of evaluation‑driven optimization. Experience with LLM agents or deep RL is a plus.
